How to Buy Cholecalciferol

Cholecalciferol is a form of vitamin D, also called vitamin D3 or calciol. It appears as a colorless crystal powder. Its melting point is 82-87°C. Soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone, chloroform and vegetable oil, and do not dissolve in water. The term vitamin D is, unfortunately, an imprecise term referring to one or more members of a group of steroid molecules. Alpha:  105° (c=0.8, EtOH 25°C). The Vitamin D in vitamin supplements is not considered a risk for companion animals, even with massive ingestion. It causes a drastic increase in the calcium level, which causes heart problems and bleeding secondary to mineralization of the vessels, kidneys, stomach wall, and lungs. This mineralization can also cause kidney failure.
Cholecalciferol contains not less than 97.0 percent and not more than 103.0 percent of C27H44O. Vitamin D is thus not a true vitamin, because individuals with adequate exposure to sunlight do not require dietary supplementation. There are also dietary sources of vitamin D, including egg yolk, fish oil and a number of plants. Because of the preoccupation with the harmful effects of too much sun, most people do not get enough of it. Similarly, foods rich in vitamin D3, including egg yolks, sardines, fortified whole milk, mackerel and beef liver are unpopular or demonized by popular diet plans. This toxin is very lethal.
Cholecalciferol is used to treat or prevent many conditions caused by a lack of vitamin D, especially conditions of the skin or bones. It reduces calcium loss from bones and increases the production of normal healthy bone in patients with osteoporosis. Cholecalciferol is synthesized in the skin from 7-dehydrocholesterol under the action of ultraviolet B light. It reaches an equilibrium after several minutes depending on several factors including conditions of sunlight (latitude, season, cloud cover, altitude), age of skin, and color of skin. Cholecalciferol may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide.
